Christmas Hampers
Would you, your family, your school or your business consider sharing your Christmas cheer with those in need by putting together Christmas hampers or contributing food items that the the Besom can make into hampers?
Just cover a box with Christmas paper and fill it with all the things that make Christmas special:

Cake, ideally Christmas or yule log

Pudding, ideally Christmas or a chocolate version
-
Box mince pies, apple pies, etc

Box of chocolates
-
Box or nice packet of biscuits
-
Hot drink, eg coffee, tea, hot chocolate
-
Tinned meat, eg ham, chicken, mince, pork
-
Tinned tuna
-
Cooking sauce, eg curry sauce, pasta sauce
-
Packet of seasonal, dried stuffing
-
Tinned fruit
-
Custard
-
A nice jar of jam and/or pickle
-
Toiletries
-
Christmas Crackers (2 per box)
"There are no words I can write to say how much my hamper was appreciated that I received from your church and your members. The items inside helped me a great deal over the festive season.
I hope my letter finds who were involved happy & well last year being an amazing year for them & their kindness".
Besom will be putting together Christmas hampers for vulnerable local families and individuals at Praise Embassy during December. Please join us to assemble the hampers or bring donations of hampers and food items.
LOCATION: Praise Embassy Church, Lennox Road, RG22 4AP (behind B&Q).
DATES: The team and volunteers will be at Praise Embassy from 10am to 2pm on.
